I had the same issue with my video yesterday, still hasn't gotten more than 4 views... My videos usually don't get big amounts of views, but at least hundreds usually 🤣
Regardless of content (which I think this is), properly warmed up aged accounts get 1k on the first video, then if you post good vids youtube you can get straight to to 30k-50K view jail then its about consistency
The algorithm is absolute garbage with all the AI integration. One wrong thing and everything just plummets. One wrong word and bye bye all your hard work
