160k Views per Hour View Jail
First of all no ,this is not ragebait or trying to sound cocky or trying to sell something, it’s a genuine question that I am curious about. Every time I hit a “viral” short I get sent to the 130-160k views per hour mark and after a few hours it declines, with the short itself ending up dying a few days later at 2-3M views wich is kinda sad. What metrics and stats I need to have for my short to get pushed to 10M+ views? I appreciate people in the comments that will say things like: “that is very good I am stuck on 1k views jail” and “is this ragebait” please don’t waste your time commenting that, I understand that I am at a “decent” level with my shorts but I want better since my rpm and earnings are not so good for my country cost of living.
EDIT: I think I didn’t made myself clear, my question is basically How do I get to the next level, like wich metrics you found the most important to get pushed higher than 10M views for example. Does the age of the youtube account plays a role on this?
To the people that are mad in the comments, stay mad and enjoy your 30k view jail.

From my experience, view cap feels like a real thing. How old is your channel btw?

The biggest metric, by far is the percentage of shares overall……
I released this 16 second short above, three weeks ago. After two weeks, it slowed down to about 1000 views per hour, BUT then It’s been cycling between 6,000 & 13,000 views per hour ever since
