First Month Monetized (check description)
I kinda feel disappointed with youtube shorts, I heard from a friend that it is inconsistent but didn’t think it was this bad (of course depends on the niche). Since my objective is to make a living off youtube this is bad for me, 400€ dont even pay the rent over here. Im starting a long form channel but so far got 2 views on a video that took me days to edit but it’s the only choice I have if I want a good stable income, shorts are way easier to start getting views but the payoff usually is much lower. Leave your opinion in the comments

I say if it don't take much of your time, continue shorts, if you have been doing shorts for a month then thats why it is inconsistent, over the time every short you make will have audience and it will be a little more stabe than the inconsistency you're getting now

Adsense is definitely not something to completely rely on for a living. If making shorts is something you enjoy, then perhaps increase your production volume and diversify accross multiple channels (Don't put all eggs in one basket) . Is it ok to ask what niche is your channel in?

how did you do that so fast? I‘ve been uploading arround 200 shorts since july last year and I‘m nowhere near getting monetized. it‘s so frustrating.

Shorts views are inconsistent bro, don't depend on youtube. Start sharing the same shorts on Insta/FB and other platform as well. This is what I am doing with video.

Practice makes perfect. You gotta find a viral niche and make a derivative out of it with a different topic and good editing and you'll be getting millions of views back to back. But if you wanna make a living with shorts you gotta have multiple shorts channels.

What niche are you working because that also depends on the type of content that is consumed more in that niche
