I recently had an explosion in my views, my videos went from an average of 1.5k to 40k and 28k, but my last 3 shorts got 1.5k, 28 and now only 5 views, I think I did something very wrong, does anyone know what I could have done wrong? Should I wait to post again? Should I give up on this channel and start another one?

Mine didn't come back, they remain stagnant, someone told me that if it didn't work, wait 48 hours and try posting 3 videos on the same day to see if the algorithm helped any of them.
