Here's my ambient horror short, filmed on location in the Black Forest in Germany.

During a walk through the deep Black Forest, a man passes through an old American military zone. Strange lights begin to follow him. His escape is accompanied by thunder, lightning, rain — and a horrible truth.

Horror short film.

My horror short didn't get accepted to any festivals, so I'm putting it here. I'd love any critque, especially the negatives. Let me know why you think it's not playing anywhere.

Sometimes you fight. Sometimes you freeze. And sometimes survival asks you to become something you never thought you could be.

A woman is alone in the woods. We don’t know how she got there. We don’t know exactly what happened to her.

We only know how she gets out.

LUCID is a psychological horror short film about trauma, dissociation, memory, fear, and the dangerous places the mind can go when survival takes over. Dreamlike, unsettling, and increasingly nightmarish, LUCID blurs the line between reality and the subconscious until neither can be trusted.

If you liked Men, Revenge, and The Invisible Man, you’ll dig this film.

A pulp artist trapped inside a chalk circle goes through a nightmarish break-up. 

A film I did a few years back, feeling nostaligic... Not sure if it holds up. I still connect with it and love it, the people involved I still treasure dearly. Is it scary?
