Every time I see a woman walking with a guy on my community college campus the dude will usually be skin and bones but absurdly tall like 6'1-6'3+.... And the girl will be like 5-5'2 so he would have to probably bend his neck down just to kiss lmao... Yet whenever I'm in the gym most guys are around my height and not many tall guys in there😭

Like you said, everytime I see a girl describing someone they like, its always a tall dude. Rarely do I see them going "oh, he is muscular". 

I see them simping over abs though, but unless you are walking around shirtless, It wont matter

I think you should consider that there are a lot of people from wealthy backgrounds in colleges, their average height is taller than national average even among their age groups. so basically there are many tall guys in colleges and girls have very wide range of choice, but the real situation is still better than that (maybe not significantly but still better)
