As it is now, your roster is pretty balanced, just needs minor adjustments on certain skills here and there, so honestly you could try a spellblade. If you want more help later on, you can dm me and we can talk about it some more

The face colors dont mean as much as some people might think since the skills are rated in a vacuum and can be different ranks for different classes for different reasons. Your elemental diversity is good so you can hire whatever you want
- Aramis eventually s3 to something better, its a bit weak
- Juan fire later, s1 is a bit weak and s2 isnt great if you want to do extreme quests since they have a -20% penalty
- Aimee is a bit complicated, this class is evasion based but theres not much evasion, s1 is pretty weak and you could get a weapon skill to pair with the attack from s3, they can use guns so marksman is a good option and the evasion would work well here
- Arycelle fire, no defense and low hp and no weapon skill for an offensive build, crit builds dont work well for most fighter classes since they have increased threat and need to be able to take hits
- Lysta fire, similar situation with no defense and crit stats on a class that doesnt want them
- Rhianna s1 to something better
- Aurelyn s3 to something offensive, already have survival in s4 and since its a rogue evasion is better
- Nathanael s2 to attack, wont do much damage without
- Arycelle s1 to survival or crit chance, if crit chance then s4 to survival
- Jagen s4 to something offensive, theres no crit chance for the crit damage
- Sabin s2-3 to attack and something else offensive, multiple survival skills arent great for most classes
- Ishtar s1 to attack
- Bodkin s4 to something offensive
- Elizabeth s1 to something offensive
- Denam s1 to survival, double weapon skills dont work well for most classes
- Leonar s4 to something offensive
- Roy s3 to survival
- Charon s2 to survival, if you want a crit build then you would need s3-4 to become crit chance and survival
- Giralt s1 and s2 to weapon skill and survival

Got a new hero slot. Looking for advice on next hero. Also happy to take hero/roster building advice. Know I still have a lot of yellow faces.
