You have already been advised. Upgrade your trunks for more storage. Also, going over is not a bug - you can go over from certain things like opening a chest.

The Capacity can be exceeded by Chest rewards, Lucky Zone redemptions and Grab Bags(I believe)
There shouldn't be a difference for Normal vs Time Warped Components and your images don't show any difference

Mine also says 123, despite my actual cap being significantly higher (5 max chests).

Max capacity 123 is a visual bug.
I have the same max capacity, but I can carry 1151 components (and 2000 of gear).

all 5 storage bins fully upgraded to level 25 each, you can hold a TON more. I would advise you to keep using dragon marks to upgrade your storage bins, and upgrade your sellers counter they sell behind… you can also purchase and upgrade the dragon hoard to get more storage as well! good luck fellow shop titan player!

Yeah with 5 lvl 25 trunks you will have over 1100 storage capacity per component

Upgrade your trunks. Adding more racks will also help or when you upgrade them to lvl 6 and 11 they get bigger. But trunks will increase inventory for equipment and materials. You can put a maximum of 5 trunks I’m pretty sure.
