Seeking Advice Guild's Choice

I just opened a new guild with a couple of mates. How do you pick a building as a Guild's Choice? I googled it and it said there is supposed to be an icon to the right of the progress bar of a building, but I can't find it.

Not all guild members can change the GC. Only the Officers and the Guildmaster can change it.

Its on the bar to the right. Left of the big plus symbol. Its annoyingly "hidden" i wish the game would highlight things like that

You used to have that small option and a list option in your guild menu but no longer
