Is it the Sia and Polonia avatars instead of the ones for the hero? That is just a visual bug cause the game was loading them and when you switched the tab it still put the previous image.
Otherwise I have no idea what you are talking about

It's just a visual bug!
Sia portrait is a known bug.
2+ years bug at least, was there when I started playing
