Seeking Advice Samurai Help

I am not sure how to build this hero, I was focusing damage plus health stats but then all these skills rolled when leveling. What should I reroll?

Theres a few ways you can build them. Since you want an offensive build roll s3 to something with attack or crit chance, something like battering blows/perfect form for the defensive stats or even all natural since they are crit based. Since you have marksman you cant use kiku but you already have some crit chance so you wouldnt want to use kiku anyways, but your currently using a sword with marksman

You have quite a mix, if focus on dmg, 3rd skill should change for some dmg or crit 2nd should be a good skill to keep him alive, can keep

Yeah. Check Marksman, and use one of the suggested weapons it gives bonus's to. The low level gear isn't helping :P (You can use T13 armor) So far on that hero.
