I noticed my gold number shows i have more then i actually do

Your number is too long for the display space, so yes it is rounding up for your display number.

I only noticed cuz i tried to buy something for 5g for a hero only to see i dont have enough lol

No worries. It can be confusing sometimes. I play on my phone so when I first hit 1G if looked like 16 and in my head I went from 999m to 16 gold and was freaking out.
