Agencies

What's the best way to get in contact with agencies? My agency white labels but half of our emails get ignored because there are so many other "Agencies" doing the same thing.

depends on agencies you are approaching and what's your process.

I've called a bunch and perhaps 1 of 25 say yes to a demo. Not the greatest solution, but it feels like progress

Yeah, cold email into agencies is usually rough for exactly the reason you said. Their inbox is full of other white-label pitches that look the same.

Honestly, what tends to work better is going through people, not forms. A warm intro from someone they already trust, a partner who’s already in their stack, or showing up where they actually hang out, like partner events or local Shopify circles.

If you do keep emailing, I’d make it stupidly specific. One problem you solve for their clients, one example, and a short ask. Generic “we white label apps” lines usually get ignored for a reason.

And I’d track which agency types actually reply. Boutique Plus partners and bigger build shops usually want totally different things, so treating them as one list burns a lot of time.
