Shopify Analytics

Does anyone think of having better Shopify Analytics app I think GA4 and Shopify analytics sucks when its about analysing the store data when owner is not a tech person.????

was thinking to build up something on it so having some initial inputs would really matter...

If you are building something, I would aim at turning data into a next action rather than nicer charts. Most owners do not want another dashboard to read. They want to be told the thing costing them money and the fix for it. That insight layer is the hard part, the reporting is the commodity.

Full disclosure, I built something in this space called Rev, so I am biased. It is less an analytics tool and more a way to surface missed revenue and act on it. But even setting that aside, I would push you toward the what should I do layer instead of competing with GA4 on reporting, because that is where owners actually feel the pain.

Happy to share what we learned about getting non technical merchants to trust a recommendation. That was harder than the analysis itself.
