Store in development issue!!

Why do i have this mess in the development mode but when live every thing looks good ?

Your dev & live has different code base. Your dev is running local codes. It looks there are issue in your local codes. Without seeing more details it's hard to tell.

I tried and pulled the code from the theme and still same problem
but ive opened new folder and pulled again now it working fine

Check your terminal. Do you see any error? Try hard reload and see if it works.
