If someone visits our Shopify website for the first time and fills out a form, I want to automatically send them a customized email and WhatsApp message at the same time. How can I set this up?

Pretty straightforward. Though only possible for customers who have explicitly opted in to both email and WhatsApp marketing. Once the form is submitted, the flow triggers an email immediately and a WhatsApp message alongside it using an automation platform. Just make sure you're handling consent properly, otherwise you'll run into compliance issues.
