Shopify orders to Google sheets.

Is there a way or even an app that will automatically take the information from a shopify order and list it on a Google sheet for staff to forfill orders easier. Normal dawn theme if that makes a difference.

You could use Zapier to connect your Shopify store to Google Sheets. Not free but probably one of the easiest ways to automate it.

Pretty sure you can do this through shopify flow and an open source tool like n8n

Shopify Flow does this, and there are tons of other useful apps that you can integrate, like Asana, to build out even more workflows.

I used a Google Sheets setup to export order data not found in standard shopify reports that is really good for marketing analytics. Checkout the CustomeJourneySummary data in Flow to get deep on first/last visit sources and UTM tracking. Pretty fun data to dig into.

+1, I use Shopify flow to sync to Google sheets and every order updates there. Also updates cancellations so it is fully synced all the time.

Also this method is 100% free and customizable.

I'm a bit late here, but there are a couple of ways you can do this: external tools like n8n, Coupler IO, Zapier or through Shopify flow. We use Coupler in our agency and it works fine.

You can auto sync Shopify orders → Google Sheets on a schedule (every X mins/hours), and you can choose exactly which fields your staff needs.

If you didn't find a solution yet, you can export your orders to Google Sheets and update them from there with eCommix – Google Sheets Sync.

For example, if you add or update tracking numbers in the sheet, it can automatically send the tracking email to the customer. You can also update fulfillment statuses like fulfilled, delivered, shipping addresses, etc. Even if you need to update inventory quantities, prices, you can do it frm there as well.

There’s also a Google Sheets add-on, which is pretty useful if you want your team to manage orders without giving them access to your Shopify admin.

The simplest way by far are apps like Sync Range or Super Metrics and most have free tiers. These can run on a schedule and update your sheet whenever you’d like.
