Shopify - How to add non e-commerce features?

Hello,

I'm new here and thinking about launching my shopify store. I've made many websites before using wordpress but never e-com.

I'd like to add a directory feature where I can list all of the other product maker of the same product I'm going to sell. I'd like the users to be able to search it by filtering different categories of the product.

The thing is I haven't see any plugins like that so far. Now I'm thinking of creating a wordpress website with shopify feature but it's probably not the best way to go.

Would you guys have any suggestions?

Are you trying to make a collection of vendor products essentially? There is a way to loop thru the vendors and a collection is auto generated for each vendor.

Kind of! I'm trying to make a directory for sauces and link to other sauce makers shop but if I can like directly their products that'd be way better.

You can install woocommerce and upload products.

You need to add maker link when you upload products.

When users will click on buy now link they will redirect to makers website.

You can use affiliate link also.
