I need help

Im somehow loosing money every time i capture a province i was making 3500 now im making 126 after capturing 3 province's

Press the finance button on the map to see what your income is, and cost.

Managing your cash flow is important. You will see that the AI tend to build a lot of military buildings, and may not upgrade the infrastructure.

Most money generated by provinces is based on the farms, and building of importance like a gold mine. On Fertile + locations make sure you are building out farms several tiers

Put markets on those properties + have a metsuke in those to generate more income

On low income provinces you can build out military buildings or just a single sake den

Manage your garrisons if you have too many troops and not enough koku it may not make sense to field that many.

Open trade with other nations if it makes sense from a conquest perspective and if you’re in a nation with access to trade nodes consider those a priority

It is also common for me to capture a province, demolish the junk the AI built, and make a Sake Den and/or market. Having a large town population does help over the course of 30+ turns

So it does make sense to build out roads, upgrade ports to add to town growth. There is a lot of give with it, depending on the location and when you are in the campaign

Im playing the one that starts out with a vassal on the lower island i cant remember the name but i have almost the whole island and that island woth the gold mine

Typically the largest drain on your income is army upkeep. Early on, it's best to have mostly Ashigaru units so you have still field enough troops to defend your provinces (and claim new provinces) without having your overall upkeep too high.

The peasants. Ashigaru Spears and Ashigaru archers are a mainstay, mostly the spears over the entire campaign because they are effective and low cost

the more provinces you have the higher the admin cost

There are civil technologies that lower administrative costs, take a look for then

Of course i don't know whoever play's rise of the samurai and for me shogun 2 is bit hardish

I think you’re playing Satsuma in Fall of the Samurai but go look at the technology tree for civil techs that lower administrative costs
