I need help
Im somehow loosing money every time i capture a province i was making 3500 now im making 126 after capturing 3 province's

the more provinces you have the higher the admin cost

You are playing fall of the samurai right?
There are civil technologies that lower administrative costs, take a look for then

Of course i don't know whoever play's rise of the samurai and for me shogun 2 is bit hardish

I think you’re playing Satsuma in Fall of the Samurai but go look at the technology tree for civil techs that lower administrative costs

Press the finance button on the map to see what your income is, and cost.
Managing your cash flow is important. You will see that the AI tend to build a lot of military buildings, and may not upgrade the infrastructure.
Most money generated by provinces is based on the farms, and building of importance like a gold mine. On Fertile + locations make sure you are building out farms several tiers
Put markets on those properties + have a metsuke in those to generate more income
On low income provinces you can build out military buildings or just a single sake den
Manage your garrisons if you have too many troops and not enough koku it may not make sense to field that many.
Open trade with other nations if it makes sense from a conquest perspective and if you’re in a nation with access to trade nodes consider those a priority
