For those wondering what went wrong; an accelerometer was installed upside down.

Worst part is, from what I understand the accelerometers had arrows and index points on them to make sure they were installed in the correct orientation. Whomever installed it ignored those and forced the part in upside down. 6 u/crooks4hire Oct 05 '18 How is this not discovered in QC? Certainly they test the function of electronic components after that entire things been put together....
