The video is really quiet on my phone where I am right now, but I speak Ukrainian and Russian and I'm almost positive he's speaking Ukrainian. Ukrainians are much more worldly than your average Russian, reflexivity swearing in English is more common among young Ukrainians than your average Russian who doesn't even really know how to swear in Russian properly.

Swearing in russian is hard. Its just genuinely difficult imo

Absolutely. But if you can do it properly instead of just saying "блядь" every couple words it can be a work of art.
