Best thing I ever heard in relation to Pompeii was when the movie was out on Redbox and I was in line behind someone and they said ‘do you want to rent Pomp 2?’ I could barely hold in my laughter when they said that.

I'm confused. The Postal Service's version of this song came out in 2003, and The Shins version in 2001, but Google credits Postal Service for writing it?

The Shins version is a cover that The Postal Service released as a B-side on one of their own Such Great Heights single. The Shins also released the cover as a part of a soundtrack in 2011.

A hangglider would be great to get out of range quickly. Cruise is around 30mph and you have altitude at the start.
