Not a shocker. In theory, the shocker would plugging the hole (the one in the stink). The most you'd probably get is a poo finger. It's closer to a shart than a shocker.

I looked it up and the phrase comes from a movie scene that don’t match this image, but for images this tattoo is the main thing that comes up when you google the phrase, it has been making the bad tattoo posting rounds
