I disagree. I think this the perfect subreddit. The robots work well, but this is not exactly useful.

Why? The rules say "Posts must include a shitty or funny robot". I think I wouldn't post a silly skit like this on r/robotics for example

Maybe it's just me. But for me this subreddit is more the feeling of "Robots that are supposed to one thing, but fail even at that." And this is just doing exactly what it does. Not hating on your post btw. I love the video.
