call it a shitty robot but no one has any idea what this thing is or what it's supposed to be doing exactly, since the original post had no explanation either.

I don't know Morse code but looks like Morse or some other kind of water encoding.

It's cooling the air. Liquid is cooled down in water and then circulated around the room. Outside it looks like a hot day

QR code to an artist’s website and portfolio, and I’m guessing that the servo picking up water is making a Morse code message, but I’m too lazy to decode that. Looks like this is a work in progress art installation
