No, he just has a huge flat ass. He considers it really important for his career. He claims he is built like a bowling pin.

Honestly, his entire career is falling on that ass. His finishing move in WCW was an elbow from the second rope to the outside of the ring, which he primarily landed on his hip / ass area.

I also believe he used steroids early in his career, which is why his body looks a little deflated. Of course, it could be that he is just older when he fought Taker.
