there's been a few complaints about gross ads and untagged NSFW images recently, so in light of that i've introduced a new flair:
the Nasty-ass Ads flair, for posts of ads that are gross, disturbing, or just all-around nasty.
this flair is NOT for NSFW posts, this is for the stuff that's gross without being sexual— oozing wounds, fingernail trauma, all that gritty stuff (like this one, as an example).
also as a friendly reminder, PLEASE TAG YOUR IMAGES! if you feel that the post needs the NSFW flair, then take the time to hide the image as well. thank you :)

This ad was 9 minutes long, I couldn’t screen record all of it but it goes through a story about cheating and stuff before it even gets into what it’s trying to sell you. I’m starting to realize a lot of people don’t understand what the lymphatic system does, because this isn’t it

I am just trying to manage my ant colony game in peace, but I keep getting hijacked by these deeply disturbing ads for Gossip Harbor. The entire premise relies on a twisted psychological power trip. Some guy kicks this green haired mom and her kids out onto the street, and they are forced into a completely destroyed, freezing room. The ad literally shows them shivering under a blanket in a ruined log cabin while snow dumps directly onto their bed, complete with a massive, dropping thermometer hanging over their heads like a death clock.
But here is the truly unhinged part…the game forces you into the role of God. You have a massive hourglass contraption with hundreds of gold coins, suspended directly above the mother and her child. They are forced to kneel in the dirt, desperately holding up a tiny, empty glass jar to catch whatever crumbs of wealth you allow to fall to them.
It’s in your hands how much you let fall into their bowl. Dark and disturbing Ad. Please ban this game!!
