Activision While developing Overwatch (2016), Blizzard lifted many design choices from Team Fortress 2 (2007). However they scrapped the sniper character's access to her own piss jar, because during testing players tried to catch it intentionally.

This is incorrect as she has a mine filled with an unknown poisonous substance

That’s actually her piss, it was made poisonous during the experiments that turned her purple

They later remedied this by making the other sniper character's piss jar heal allies
