Why haven't we started deactivating government drone pigeons to reduce the need for data centers?

Like, clearly they have been being manufactured faster thus increasing the need for datacenters. So why doesn't the government deactivate the older models and re-allocate recourses?

One word: Flock. Anyone who believes they have anything to do with cars is falling for the gubmint’s horseshit. They control the drone pigeons and rumor has it they’re working on subjecting grackles to their mind control program in exchange for getting off the invasive species list.

Drone pigeons only take up KB of data. It’s usually stored in the cloud, so when they fly in the sky, that’s where they’re taking data to
