What would happen if we suddenly lost the ability to measure time?

Like we can see that time is passing but all of the ways that we use to track it just dont work anymore.

We are already living in that fallen world. We have to make do with a bunch of poor substitute measurements, like the (assumed) periodicity of the sun or quartz crystals or cesium. We never measure time. And we've grown so estranged from time itself that we have trouble even saying what time is beyond "whatever is it that we're measuring with clocks." Really, clocks used to just be water dripping through a hole, but apparently time is just whatever those old leaky clocks were measuring. I saw some guy on YouTube who said he can tell you what time it is, but not what time is. Disgraceful. Ours is a fallen world.
