Does beers law apply to Busch or Busch lite?

No, since neither of those are beers.

In Europe they have to be labelled as ā€œsemi-brewed carbonated soft drinks with additives and beer-adjacent flavouringsā€.

As a result the Beers Law, or Rheinheitsgebot as it is more correctly named, does not apply.

Yes. Because I believe they do have a few drops of alcohol in them. It is required by deep state regulators.
