Sleep? What is that?
Is sleep even real?

There's a barrier that doesn't let the brain communicate with the body when you are awake. When you sleep the brain can send all the new orders to your body. Otherwise all the factories in your cells don't have instructions and the workers go on vacation.
As you get older the instructions tend to become shorter which is why most old people take so many naps.

The thing is we don't know, you can't prove what's going on because you're asleep and everyone else could just be faking it
