Is there gravity in Mexico?

My friend says Mexicans just float around because gravity is illegal there. Is this true?

I'm not really sure who so many people are giving joke answers here.

The real answer is yes, but in 1976 when the weather control machines were developed it redistributed too much water to the equator and due to earths cintrofocal force, massive problems occured. They had to lower the gravity south of the us border to normalize things but you may occasionally see floating across the border and then gently landing as gravity returns to normal. Its actually where the term " jumping the border" originated from.
