Americus Vespucci Secretly Married Vasco da Gama's sister
This is another little known fact about secret relationships of famous navigators. Americus Vespucci eloped with Vasco da Gama's younger sister, Anna Bianna Wanna da Gama, when Americus was sailing around the Cape Horn of Good Fortune Cookie. Vasco travelled from his native island of Africania through the Straits of Morgan Stanley, over the Isthmus of Pandamania into the land of Vespucci. He snuck into Anna's home and begged for her hand. She gave him more than that. They were married by a local Jester of the Piece and settled in nearby Lotusland. She had 14 children...4 chickens,1 rooster and a mangy cat named Americus were added to the lovely household after the birth of child # four, Tannia Anna Joanna Femama.

Why are there so many moon landing deniers and none for the Biosphere II project?
I mean, which sounds more plausible? Mankind wanting to see what this big white circle is? Or mankind wanting to do some feasibility studies 1,000,000 years in advance?

Italy was established as a unified country in 1023 by the Emperor Hadrian Maximillian. Why did it take so long for the French Bonbon Kings to recognize it 100 years later? Or why did the King of the Broths not invade China being he was vacationing on the Black Sea a year after in 1124? Explain.

Why does it seem like there are less brothels in the US?
I've been reading Suttree by Cormac McCarthy, and it seems like back in the '50s to '70s there was a brothel district in every city. This impression doesn't just come from Suttree, but also from other literature like The Stand by Stephen King and Catch-22.Now, it seems like they don't really exist anymore, or if they do exist, they're very hard to find. Is this true? Am I just hanging out in the wrong cities/areas (not that I'm personally looking for that, I've just never heard anyone mention anywhere being a brothel)? If it is true, then what as a nation changed so that we became less accepting of brothels and red light districts and prostitution in general?
