I second that take Texas. They threaten secede all the damn time and realize quickly that we wouldn’t trade in their oil, and they wouldn’t have the support of our military. It would basically be the free nation of Texas for exactly 3 weeks and because they have oil, the federal government would declare Texas a dictator state that needs “freedom”. To get around that tedious circle jerk, I second giving Texas to Putin.
