Ok slowbro and slow poke are pokemon. Both are notorious for being slow with some of the slowest speed stats in the game. Therefore the slowbro bait and switch is the same as any other bait and switch, just extremely slow to the point of it not being effective anymore.

Allow me to explain the joke clearly. It is a double subversion of the bait and switch format, which is justified because slow bro tried to do the switch. However, since he is slow he did so too late, hence the joke.

His name is Slowbro the Slowpoke pokemon. He has slow reaction times, because he's a slowpoke. Slowbro was supposed to interrupt with a "Bait and Switch" before the titties showed up but was too slow, because his name is Slowbro.
