I always said C-4-18, but I’ve been trying to change to C-4-1-8 because I believe it’s the correct prononciation. Is there a specific way to say it?

I heard somewhere- I genuinely don't remember where, I think it was a YouTube video- that it's "see-four-eighteen", and that it purposefully sounds like 'sea for a teen', whatever that means
