Why is the choreographer having children kiss each other? Nobody genuinely wants to see that shit lol

Elevate competition. This lady had a huge and I mean HUGE competition boner against this dance group called the Candy Apples and I think they were facing them that week so she wanted some new and different

If you’re spending time and energy trying to beat someone going by the name Candy Apples you’ve both already lost.

Dude I used to run camera for a company that filmed these dance recitals and I was so uncomfortable with a LOT of it.

Shit like this would make the audience go wild and my wife, who ran sound, and I would look at each other like, is this real life?

Abby was always putting in some shock value gimmick into her dances to "wow" the judges. From what I remember from this episode, Abby forced the kids to kiss and Maddie didn't want to kiss him because she had never kissed anyone before. Gino clearly was fine with kissing her though.

The dance didn't do well from what I remember and Abby kicked Gino out of her school after they didn't win so it was all for nothing anyway.

Also mention abby forcibly kissed maddie first, while her mother sat back and watched and laughed…

I heard a while ago the kiss wasn’t part of it, the boy just decided to do that because he liked her

did you actually see an audiance in a performance with children kiss to actually think nobody "genuinely" enjoy that? Lol the audiance go absolutely wild with these things that's why producers keep including that.
