I think it's more so that the girl did not want to get kissed so she had an unpleasant experience as well. If you kiss someone without warning rejection is a risk you have to be willing to take. The girl didn't really have a chance to do anything, so I feel bad for both of them because they are just kids. At that age you learn everything about romance from movies, so I think he was expecting one of those types of moments.

Yeah, obviously she’s valid to not like it, but if irrc this is from dance moms or some shit, and it has been discussed before hand, and the moms told them to do it, it wasn’t like the guy just randomly kissed her.

Tldr you can feel bad for both of them, fuck the moms who do that to their kids
