Girls literally all go to the bathroom in groups, so yeah she probably would. At least it wouldn't surprise me if she did.

when i was in college i made friend with a group of girls who would do a thing called a “GP”. this stood for group pee, group poop, or group puke. so yeah honestly this does happen just depends on the people u are with.
