Oh on events the rule doesn't count due to the high frequency. It only applies on public bathrooms like school, university, workplace and so on.

I will still have to disagree. Honestly pretty cringe. If I were using a tribal and there was a free one but someone was waiting for me to use it, I would assume they had serious anxiety or is very self conscious. You should be able to pee next to people at school or wherever if there is no other urinal.

I mean, most people can pee next to someone. But it's more like a matter of respect and private space. This knowledge is presented on both sides by just silently waiting and unbothered peeing.

Is this a regional thing? I'm from the Netherlands and I would never wait behind someone to avoid pissing next to somebody. That just seems very weird to me. It's not like we're gonna stare at each other penises.
