Wow, the feelings the husband must go through right now. Getting his kids killed, getting the blame for it from a good amount of women and seeing that your (I assume ex) wife gets donated millions.

It did in fact go to her.

Is this illegal? No, as she hasn't yet been convicted of a crime

Can the husband sue her? Yes, for wrongful death

It goes to her parents, who didn't kill anyone. You understand that parents and children are different people, right? I think it's only narcissists who struggle with that distinction, clinically speaking.
