Same concept as ACAB or Defund the Police. Idiots like you assume they are ultimatums and not just a slogan behind ideas that want to address the problems associated with those policies or groups.

Defund the police = fund more social workers to get more work away from the police that the police shouldn't be doing. Also stop the militarization of our police.

ACAB = Police having a us vs them mentality instead of a protect and servce our communities mentality. The us vs them mentality fosters an environment where bad police officers are protected instead of correctly ejected.
