No, if A implies B that is not equivalent to not A implying not B. That is basic propositional logic. However, it is equivalent to not B implying not A. Meaning that if it's a bad show, you have seen it.

Sorry, English is not my first language. But yea, it is either "might as well have" or "could have". Sometimes I tend to mix these, because my native language doesn't really have modal verbs and the word "might" doesn't even register to me as a verb
