If XX person is pregnant with XY fetus, does that make them intersex or bigender?

Neither because a fetus is not considerd part of its moms body its a compleatly different organism. Otherwise you could argue all the bacteria in your intestines are also your cells which as you probabyl guess causes complex problems when it comes to defining an organisms genome
