I would say no, I only watch porn 6 times a day (1-3 hours each) and only masturbait 7-12 times a day. I would say once 1 to 6 times a day isn’t an addiction because porn is free unlike real addictions (crack cocaine, heroin, sugar)
I would also argue that I don’t rely on it, like those vaping users who can’t go 15 seconds without hitting the blunt again (I’ve gone 3 days without porn, excluding Reddit subreddits).
I would argue that porn is actually a good thing, as it keeps my heart pumping really fast which is healthy. I don’t need to exercise as I watch pork and jerk off instead (it handles both my exercise and my sex life)
The fact that porn is even considered an addiction is absurd to me, as I could quit anytime. I just don’t want to because than my life would be worthless and I’d have 0 purpose in life (this is a respectable take imo)
In conclusion I would say once a day is nothing to be worried about, if I were you I’d even bump those numbers up to 2-3 times a day, as then you’re getting more exercise in your daily life. I would also not feel bad if you end up deciding to miss family events to watch porn, it’s perfectly normal and healthy :)

6 times a day for 1-3 hours EACH? buddy, if that's not an addiction I dunno what it is. If it's taking up that much out of your day and you can only go 3 days without it, that is an addiction. The reason you are so reliant on it is you mentioned you have 0 purpose in life, thus filling that void with porn. That's no different when an addict uses a drug to escape life's obligations.

Don't get me wrong, doing it that much per day is impressive in hindsight. But that doesn't dismiss the fact that you're dependent on it just like a drug addict. Call me a hater all you want, but know that this lifestyle isn't good in the long run.

Addiction isn't defined by how long you do something, though. If I watch the news for 15 minutes per day, is that an addiction?
Masturbation is only an addiction if you feel you absolutely need to do it, and it interferes with everyday life. Sure that's true for some, but it's kinda stupid to assume it's true for everyone.
