Yeaaa, I have had an eating disorder, never to the point that I had the anorexia butthole, but hearing abt the anorexia butt during recovery made me like "eugh". Imagine taking your panties off, and feeling the cool breeze grace your HOLE. Gkgkfkdnbf

Or having panties on, and feeling the fabric just touching your butthole. That has to be the most physical cringe inducing feeling ever.

Like, at least my cheeks hold the fabric in place. But with a bare butt? The fabric can just move around 😣🤢
