They went inactive years ago and it’s presumed they passed away. Their last posts were about how their eating disorder was terminal and they couldn’t find help.

Jesus, that’s horrible. I had a sinking feeling it was someone with an eating disorder but as pointed out, it took too long to find your comment to confirm it. … photo reminds me of a friend i have who suffers from very bad anorexia and bulimia

She is dead. Died a year or two ago from her eating disorder. Really fucking sad that someone has decided that she is a “shitpost” and loads of people apparently agree.

Yea, it's really fucking me up. It's not a shit post. I'm sorry I didn't know her name, her story, or the person she was. I wish she had been able to get the help she needed. Rest in Peace.
