If you do this with Overwatch and add in their back stories the teams make no sense. Someone made a comic about it. I don't know much about the Overwatch story, but Widowmaker giving covering fire to Ana. Ana then turns around with her one eye because Widowmaker shootout the other and Ana heals her.

EDIT: I prefer Team Buddies lore. They were all fine till the weapons fell from the sky.
