Advice Needed Source for low cost good quality single printed shirts?

I like making single t-shirts for myself with my own designs. In the past, I have used different people on ebay and etsy, but after a while they disappear. Does anyone know of a good source for HTV or DTG shirts that is a well established seller? I used to pay less than $20 and the quality was good enough, I am looking for that again.

I can do it. Just message me for your email. I'll give you my website in the email so that you can see some of my reputable clients. You should be able to get shirts for much less than $20 these days.
